Are your items made to order?
Yes. All products at Bookworm Apparel are made to order through our trusted print-on-demand partners. This allows us to offer a wide variety of unique designs and styles.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product listing includes a detailed size chart. We recommend comparing the measurements to a shirt or item you already own for the best fit.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be changed or canceled **before production begins**. Because items are made to order, we cannot modify or cancel once fulfillment has started. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need help.

How long does processing take?
Processing (printing and preparing your order) typically takes:

Do you accept returns?
Because items are custom made to order, we **do not accept returns** for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or design preference.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within **30 days** with photos of the issue, and we will replace it at no cost.
